You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
International shipping costs varies. Yes we can ship "almost" anywhere in the world, please provide us with your address and we can provide you a shipping quote for the product you are interested in. Any duties or customs fee's associated with your order is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We primarily use USPS as our shipping service. If you wish to have your order sent through a different shipping provider (UPS, FEDEX) please email us prior to your order so we can quote your shipping properly.
LEAD TIMES:
We fully understand that you want your product as fast as possible! All lead times are posted on each product page. Lead times are subject to change at any point for whatever reason. If there is a significant change to the lead time of your order, we will notify you and work with you as best as possible. Typically lead times are generated from our outside vendors such as laser cutting, powder coating / part finishing, final assembly, shipping supplies, parts supplies, etc.
